How I Work
Every engagement follows the same process. Start to finish.
This is not a generic agency pitch. It is the actual sequence of steps every web design project goes through, in the order they happen, with no steps skipped.
01
Step 01
The brand audit comes first. Always.
Before any design work begins, we start with a brand audit. This means understanding what already exists, what is working, what needs to change, and what the business actually stands for. The output is a brand guide: colors, type, voice, and the rules that everything else gets built on. Every tier includes this. It is not optional. A site built without a brand foundation is just a page.
02
Step 02
Defining who this is for and what it needs to do.
Every site has a job. Before any code gets written, we define exactly who is going to land on this page, what they need to understand within the first few seconds, and what action we want them to take. These answers shape every design decision that follows, from layout to copy to what goes above the fold.
03
Step 03
Design happens directly in code. No Figma, no hand-off.
The design happens in the browser. There is no static mockup to approve and then hand off to a developer. What you see from day one is real, working code. This eliminates the gap between what was approved and what gets built, and it means feedback rounds happen on the actual site, not a screenshot of one.
04
Step 04
Built in Next.js. Deployed on Vercel.
The site is built in Next.js and deployed on Vercel. This is not a WordPress install or a drag-and-drop template. It is a production-grade codebase, fast by default, version-controlled, and yours. You own the repository. The site is live from the moment it launches.
05
Step 05
Copy is included. Not a separate project.
Copywriting is part of every engagement. You do not need to write your own headlines or figure out how to describe your service in a way that converts. That work is part of the build. The copy is informed by the brand guide, the audience definition from step two, and the goal for each page.
06
Step 06
On-page SEO is configured before the site goes live.
Every site ships with on-page SEO properly configured: page titles, meta descriptions, Open Graph tags, structured data, and a sitemap. Brand and Website engagements include a concept-level SEO strategy. Brand and Full Web Presence includes a complete SEO strategy and implementation plan.
07
Step 07
Real timelines with no padding.
Brand and Landing Page is live within 5 to 7 days of kickoff. Brand and Website is live within two weeks. Brand and Full Web Presence is live within three to four weeks. These are commitments, not estimates padded to look safe. The code-first approach and included copywriting eliminate the back-and-forth that slows most projects down.
08
Step 08
A live site is the deliverable. Not a file.
When the engagement ends, you receive a live, deployed site on your domain. Not a Figma file. Not a template. Not a staging link waiting for you to configure hosting. The site is built, deployed, SEO-configured, and yours. Ongoing support is available through a monthly retainer if you need it.
Ready to start the conversation?
The process above is what every engagement looks like. If that sounds right for your project, the next step is a short conversation about your business and what you need.
